His experience has put him on multiple sides of the table — being an owner to working with owners, operators, designers, contractors and customers — which has given him a practical understanding of not only how projects get built, but how they need to perform once the job is finished.

With deep roots in hospitality, Garrick has always viewed service as more than an industry; it is a way of doing business. He brings that perspective to construction and development by focusing on communication, relationships and the overall customer experience alongside budget, schedule and execution. Whether helping shape an aviation development, managing a hospitality project or working through an operational challenge, his instinct is to understand the bigger picture before figuring out the best path forward.

At Lee Hunter, Garrick works across the organization helping connect strategy with execution. His responsibilities span project management, business development, estimating, operational development and strategic planning, with a particular focus on building processes that allow the company to grow without losing the responsiveness and personal relationships that define it. He enjoys taking complicated ideas, finding the common thread and turning them into plans people can actually use.

Naturally curious and rarely interested in doing something simply because “that’s the way it’s always been done,” Garrick brings equal parts creativity, practicality and personality to the team.
